Newman's German Shepherds is a small hobby kennel owned by Debbie Dobbins. She has adored German Shepherds all her life. Deb has actively bred, shown and trained AKC GSDs since 1997. With limited breeding, careful attention to health, temperament, structure, and working abilities, she has succeeded in breeding the highest quality puppies for show, protection, working, and family companions from the top bloodlines in the USA and Europe. These bloodlines are in high demand, and therefore only the most serious, passionate persons will be considered for ownership. Deb only breeds 1-2 litters every couple of years, and only when both parents have proven their soundness, working abilities, and passed health and hip testing. Puppies are all indoor raised and socialized. Health and being loved as a pet always come first before any show or breeding.
Outside of her passion for German Shepherd, Deb loves thoroughbred horse racing and horseback riding. She has served the community by working for the Indianapolis Department of Public Safety, Homeland Security, and Deputy Sheriff with Marion County for over 15 years.
